	B.C.'s Judith Stein “I wish I could say that my beginning into burlesque was like a Judy Garland song ‘I was born in a trunk’, but only in my fantasy is that true.” Ms Judith Stein, an acclaimed performer, entertainer extraordinaire, is a proud member of The Canadian association of Burlesque Entertainers, and been awarded allocates and honours for her work in burlesque studies and women's empowerment workshops. It was only by chance, that as an impoverished University of Oregon student she answered a help wanted ad for topless go go girls, no experience necessary in the early 1970's, and that was the beginning of a rollicking, exciting and lucrative career. Some of the greatest names in burlesque came through that small town night club, and she stood in the wings and watched, and listened, and oh the questions she asked!! Perhaps they saw the stars in her eyes, or it was her sheer persistence to learn this magic art, but she had the amazing good fortune to be mentored throughout her almost 20yr, internationally acclaimed career by some of the greatest burlesque entertainers in the world.

	Tiffany Carter - Miss Nude Universe 1975 Born in Oregon and raised in California , Tiffany has had interest in dance since she was a young girl. Inspired by dancers such as Juliet Prowse and Cyd Charise, she studied tap, ballet, and crobatics at the Jerry Singer Studios, and later studied modern jazz. Teen pregnancy almost shattered her dreams of becoming a dancer, but she persevered. By the late 1960s Tiffany was a featured dancer at The Pussycat Theater in Hollywood , and went on to perform in a show inspired by the Crazy Horse Saloon in Paris. For the first part of the 1970s, Tiffany was on tour, bringing her original acts to stages around the U.S. and Canada. From 1974 to 1977 Tiffany was a frequent guest star in Boston clubs like The Teddy Bear and The Two o' Clock Lounge. It was Boston where she was given her last name. Previously working just as 'Tiffany', a Boston club manager decided she looked Irish and began promoting her as Tiffany Carter. The name stuck. In 1975 Tiffany headed to Toronto, Ontario to compete in the Ms. Nude Universe competition. She emerged victorious. After being crowned, she went back on tour until she became pregnant in 1977. Tiffany was back on stage in Los Angeles just eight weeks after giving birth. She ultimately moved backstage, working in Los Angeles as a manager of a night club. Tiffany just recently returned to the stage and can't get enough of it! She lives in Portland , OR and has 2 children and 6 wonderful grandchildren. Of all her accomplishments, she is proudest of her family.

	Tigger! James Tigger! Ferguson, " The Godfather of Boylesque" is a Stripperformance Artist/Actor/Dancer who has performed in NY & abroad for 22 years. He's been NY's premier Boylesque stripper for 13 years (its only one for several years). Won the 1st ever Mr. Exotic World title (Best Boylesque) at Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas in 2006 . Has also received 5 Golden Pastie Awards, including "Most Likely to Get Shut Down by the Law" & "Most Unpredictable Performer." 	April O'Peel Since graduating from Screaming Chicken Theatrical Society's Becoming Burlesque program, April O'Peel the comic cutie has titillated audiences in dozens of venues across Vancouver and Canada. Her sexy silly ways have launched her onto a fast track into the hearts of the Vancouver burlesque community. Proud accomplishments in dancing and choreographing for SHINE: A Burlesque Musical, this busty bombshell and crew brought down the house at Granville Island's Waterfront Theatre to rave reviews from fans and critics alike. Recipient of the 2009 Vancouver International Burlesque Festival's award for Comedic and Satirical Brilliance, everyone's favourite blonde ball of fun has since returned to scene of the crime to help guide new performers into the magical world of Burlesque by co-teaching the very same intensive where she first found her start. aprilopeel.com
	Bon Bon Bombay BonBon Bombay has been garnering a reputation for herself as a burlesque performer from coast to coast. Winner of The First Montreal Burlesque Festival, she is known for her theatrical antics, creative storylines, and interesting characters. " I love this art form because it gives me complete freedom to develop the crazy ideas I have in my head and it allows me to put to good use my dance and theatre training ". 	Burgundy Brixx This brickhouse of burly-q always thrills and captivates her audience with her wide range of dynamic talents. She began her professional Burlesque career in 2006 in New York City and has performed at venues large and small all over the world. Prior to burlesque, she toured with The Radio City Rockettes show, and was a principal singer for Norwegian Cruise Lines. She has appeared as a solo performer at Teaseorama, The New York Burlesque Festival, the Best of Midwest Burlesk Fest, and of course the VIBF! She has also performed burlesque on The Travel Channel and Fuse TV. 	Calamity Kate Calamity Kate is new to burlesque, performing for just over a year. She started dancing ballet and jazz at the age of 3 and is thrilled to be back performing on stage. Kate performs regularly with the Screaming Chicken Theatrical Society and was a part of the Ovation Award winning musical Shine: A Burlesque Musical. Kate likes to blend rock n' roll with 60s and 50s glam.
	Champagne Sparkles Champagne Sparkles is a founding member of Victoria’s award winning Cheesecake Burlesque Revue and has been shaking her tatas across the globe since 2006! 	Connie Lingus Connie Lingus has been performing burlesque in Vancouver for over 5 years now. As a little girl growing up (in the woods) on the east coast, she never dreamed she'd get the chance to display her lofty assets to adoring crowds. She uses everything in her arsenal, from bald caps to merkins, to put on a good show. Connie is also darn exited to be a part of the 2010 Vancouver International Burlesque Festival!
	Miss dd Starr Winning Toronto's 2008 Strip Search title quickly turned Miss dd into a Starr. Today, Miss dd Starr is seen teasing across Canada at festivals, private parties and burlesque shows in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. Miss dd Starr dd is also faculty at The Coco Framboise School of Burlesque featuring the most extensive burlesque curriculum in Canada. 	Delilah Delilah is a tomboyish bombshell with a ruby-red pout, a million megawatt smile and a pair of seamed stockings up to her eyelashes. Her saucy, gently comic set pieces range from the classic to the bizarre. Delilah’s burlesque career began in 2000, in Vancouver, and has since performed in the UK, Ireland, France, Sweden, Canada and the United States. Once a performer with the world’s smallest mobile peep-show, Wyndham’s Wandering Woo-Woo Wagon, she has gone on to appear at London Fashion week shows, as well as Tease-O-Rama, the New York Burlesque Festival, The Ministry of Burlesque Awards, Cabaret Verdalet, The Toronto Burlesque festival and the Great Boston Burlesque Expo. She currently resides in San Francisco where she is a producer and promoter of a new event with Devillia de Dallas, Bang Bang Variety Hour Presents. 	Delilah Dare Trained since the tender age of 5 in an array of dance styles, Delilah has a unique style that captures the diversity of her training. 	Dizzy Swank Dizzy Swank is boylesque performer in New York City since 2006. He has performed at Exotic World, New York Burlesque Festival, and the Toronto International Burlesque Festival. He's excited to include VIBF to his resume. Dizzy puts the burly in burlesque.
	DJ Teddy Smooth - Official DJ of VIBF 2010 The host of "CabaRadio with Teddy Smooth" on citr 101.9fm and the DJ of KITTY NIGHTS New York Style Cabaret, Teddy Smooth is a classic entertainer. His combination of a slick, smooth style and laugh out loud antics have quickly rocketed Teddy into Sass-dom, a combination of Sassiness and Stardom. Often seen teamed up with sultry ladies, Teddy Smooth is the Boylesque Casanova who leaves it all on stage. Teddy Smooth, his performances renowned! His reputation...legendary!
	Doc Chocolate A relative newcomer to the Burlesque community, Doc Chocolate is bringing his unique style of dancing, singing, and smiles to the stage.
	Emmannuelle LaGitane Emmanualle LaGitane is a Toronto-based Belly Dancer & Burlesque performer and teacher who has been burning up the stages of Ontario and Quebec as a member of Starlight Burlesque, as well as a soloist. After years of training in Tribal Fusion Bellydance & Flamenco, Emmanuelle was encouraged by a fellow performer to try burlesque. Over a year ago, she took her first strip-tease class with Gentry de Paris in France, then she joined Starlight Burlesque and has gone on to perform & tour Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, St.Hyacinthe, St.Catherine’s, St.John’s (NL), and Paris, France! She is also a regular at Mitzi’s Mega Tuesdays & Jezebel Cabaret nightclub, and continues to enjoy a career as belly dance soloist. Emmanuelle has also appeared a number of music videos and films. 	Katherine Lashe Katherine Lashe is an internationally respected performer, MC, producer, pin-up, and teacher in Atlanta, GA. She has performed at Burlesque Hall of Fame, New Orleans Burlesque Festival, Americana Burlesque and Sideshow Festival, Texas Burlesque Festival, Viva Las Vegas and Boston Burlesque Expo. 	Kellita Queen of Carnaval San Francisco 2008, Kellita descends from a long line of sassy dancers. Her Spanish grandmother routinely danced flamenco on tabletops while her Lebanese aunt entertained vaudeville audiences as The Chocolate Princess with her signature topless hula dance. Kellita continues the tradition of interpreting world dance through a showgirl lens. 	Poppy Piroska Poppy Piroska is an Eastern European burlesque exoticum performing in Vancouver BC.
	Precious Metal The gal from down under with a body you'll love to plunder. Her love of heavy metal and burlesque has come together creating the sugar and spice of burlesque. Her traditional moves accompanied by non-traditional music makes her a force to be reckoned with. A member of Screaming Chicken Theatrical Society in Vancouver, including Vice President of the Board of Members, she takes to any stage with the passion of making you either laugh or cry, but always to entertain and perhaps scare you, but she means it in the nicest way possible.
	Red Hot Annie Red Hot Annie began as – and remains – a pinup model since 2003. With an extensive performance background to draw on, she turned her attentions to burlesque in early 2008. In short order, she has become one of the most recognizable and visible faces in Chicago burlesque, blending comedy, sexiness, and storytelling into a crowd-pleasing style. In July 2008, Red Hot Annie paired up with Dick Dijon to create Vaudezilla Productions, which has become a major force in Chicago by redefining the burlesque bar show and setting a new standard for burlesque variety shows. In 2009, she began expanding her presence beyond Chicago, making appearances at the Vancouver International Burlesque Festival and the Texas Burlesque Festival, both of which have accepted her again in 2010. 	Rosie Delight Rosie Wijenberg aka Rosie Delight has been a burlesque artist in Vancouver for over 10 years. She has performed with Fluffgirl burlesque, the Ultravixen peepshow, Empire Burlesque and Screaming Chicken Theatrical Society and has over 40 burlettas that she has performed countless times. More recently she is enjoying the life of a solo performer and sometime small show producer, including the fabulous Cinco de Murder staged at last year's VIBF to a very enthusiastic sold-out audience. 	Viva La Muerte Viva La Muerte is a Chicago Heavy Metal and Horror Burlesque Performer & Producer of Hot & Heavy Burlesque. In her three years on the scene she has taken audiences on a wild ride with her creative no holds barred performances.
